NACS’s fast track program serves two goals: first, it reduces cost; second, it shortens completion time. By putting a small team on immediate implementation (vs. the traditional method we often use of design and build with full documentation), eliminating the design and review stages and using a small, focused team, Fast-Track allows NACS’s customers an excellent option to solve their lean manufacturing needs. Usually these are smaller budget projects where cost and time are paramount.
